The case against the Greta Bus Crash driver is reportedly being delayed by outstanding expert reports.
57-year-old Brett Andrew Button is charged with over 50 offences from the incident on the King’s Birthday Long Weekend back in June.
The Herald reports Button was not in Newcastle Local Court when the matter was mentioned yesterday.

Magistrate Ian Cheetham adjourned the matter to November 1.
