Police have filed a brief of evidence against the Greta Bus Crash driver.
Maitland man Brett Andrew Button is accused of crashing the bus he was driving on June 11, killing ten passengers and injuring more than two dozen others.
Magistrate Caleb Franklin adjourned the matter to January 17 during a brief mention in Newcastle Local Court yesterday.

Button will again be excused from appearing and his bail has been excused.
He has still to enter pleas to the charges against him.
