In junior representative rugby league, the Greater Northern Tigers travelled to Cessnock to take on the Newcastle Maitland Knights on Saturday.
In the Under 19 Laurie Daley Cup…the Tigers scored their second consecutive convincing win to start the season.
They smashed the Knights 36-8. Halfback and captain Jordan Hamlin scored two tries.

In the Under 16 Andrew Johns Cup…the Tigers went down to the Knights 28-16.
