Hunter Local Land Services has described their latest feral animal cull in the Upper Hunter ‘a success.’
The state government agency worked with primary producers in Merriwa and Cassilis to remove more than 3000 wild pigs from the landscape.
Invasive Species Team Leader Luke Booth said despite this…their efforts in the area need to be ongoing.

Upper Hunter farmers are being strongly encouraged to report any issues they are having with feral animals on their properties so Hunter LLS can help coordinate an effective response.
