Are you seeking ways to support your community, work colleagues or friends in crisis?
In Lifeline’s fully funded ‘Accidental Counsellor Foundation’ workshop, you will learn to safely and effectively support friends, family, colleagues, and strangers in distress or experiencing a crisis.
Our 1 Day workshop provides skills in active listening, calming, and effective gentle questioning. It teaches you how to communicate effectively and gives you the skills to help foster effective and trusting relationships.
You will gain a greater understanding of how to communicate more effectively and learn strategies to help foster effective and trusting relationships.
