Two hung juries in a row for the manslaughter trial in connection to the death of a Singleton toddler almost 20 years ago.
Cecil Patrick Kennedy has just sat through a second trial after a jury couldn’t reach a unanimous verdict 12 months ago.
The District Court has now been told the jury in his new trial were deadlocked after a week of deliberations.
