A call has been made to halt any further contracts being awarded or paid for on the Singleton and Muswellbrook Bypasses until landholders or sorted out first.
A number of landowners are locked in the ongoing Singleton Bypass War with the State Government while some in the path in Muswellbrook fear they could end up in the same boat.
