A father and son will front Singleton Local Court today to defend allegations they used bogus invoices to defraud a local coal mine of tens of thousands of dollars.
61 year old David Roy Lewis and his 36-year-old son Brenton John Lewis are alleged to have purchased items including white goods, smart televisions and a toilet with money diverted from Ashton Coal Mine.
Both have pleaded not guilty to a raft of charges while working at the Camberwell mine.
