Campaigning to change laws in light of the Greta Bus Crash has started to get results.
The families of some of the ten people killed in the crash have met with a number of politicians since the bus rollover in June 2023 calling for reforms.
Under the changes announced by the Federal Government all buses and coaches fitted with seatbelts will be required to have visual and audio alerts like on planes.

A loophole will also be closed which allowed some coaches to not be fitted with seatbelts at all.
