An Aberdeen teenager welcomed the opportunity of a lifetime to train with former NSW State of Origin coach Brad Fittler.
The NRL legend who played for Penrith, the Roosters, New South Wales and Australia rode into Muswellbrook on Saturday to deliver his Fit For Life program at the PCYC.
15-year-old Harlan Thomas paired up with Freddy for a boxing session.

“I already knew a couple of things but he definitely taught me stuff,” he said.
