An amazing feat by an Upper Hunter cricketer in the Sydney First Grade competition on the weekend.
Scone-born and raised spin bowler Tom Brooks, playing for Western Suburbs, wiped out his Sydney Uni opponents…taking eight for 144 off 29.3 overs.
Tom played all his junior cricket for Scone before heading off to school in Sydney and even made three senior appearances with the now-defunct Rouchel Razorbacks.
