An additional two new officers have joined the ranks of police here in Upper Hunter this week.
The probationary constables arrive fresh from graduating from the NSW Police Academy in Goulburn.
One comes from Cessnock after a career in the army while the other is coming home to Muswellbrook where he grew up.

Probationary Constable Blake Chandler said he’s looking forward to policing in his hometown.
