An Upper Hunter coal mine is under investigation for not meeting dust reduction guidelines set down by the EPA.
The Hunter Valley Newsroom can reveal the unnamed mine site was busted as part of a crackdown by the Authority late last year.
EPA Director of Operations David Gathercole said there’s little he can say about the situation at the moment.
