Two people have sustained serious injuries after a crash in Singleton late yesterday.
First responders were called to the two-car crash on the New England Highway at McDougalls Hill near the intersection of Maison Dieu Road around 5:15.
The woman driving one of the vehicles suffered multiple injuries while a man behind the wheel of the other sustained possible head injuries.

Both were taken by road ambulance to the John Hunter Hospital.
