Al has been in radio longer than he cares to remember,

“I joined radio because I couldn’t play a musical instrument so I figured playing songs was the next best thing!”.

That developed into a life long passion for music and a love for the role that local radio plays in the community.

A passionate Queenslander, he loves the Broncos (don’t hold that against him) and the Maroons come State of Origin time (yes, we are working on that too!)

You may see him around “impersonating a jogger” or trying to badly master the art of squash…otherwise binge watching Netflix is his favourite option.
